"This incredibly important objective fulfilled, Barricade promptly teleported to a location he couldn't possibly get to during the actual mission."
I can explain this, many games have unused content, and this game is one of them:
on the mission "Rough Justice", there's an unused third location where you need to go, this third location is where Barricade gets teleported after the mission's end. Once you drive to there, there'll be 3 waves:
Wave 1:
2 Swindle drones
2 Dropkick drones
Wave 2:
2 Longarm drones
2 Dropkick drones
Wave 3:
1 Dropkick drone
in my guess, this third location was abandoned before finishing Wave 3, and they probably forgot to change the player's mission end position after this.
That being said, let's say that this is the same case for "Flight of the Bumblebee" and "For the fallen" missions.

I can explain this, many games have unused content, and this game is one of them:

on the mission "Rough Justice", there's an unused third location where you need to go, this third location is where Barricade gets teleported after the mission's end. Once you drive to there, there'll be 3 waves:
