Andrew Kishino (born March 20, 1970) is a Canadian voice actor, who has provided the voices of Kenny "King" Kong and Ned Lee on The Spectacular Spider-Man, Jackalman on ThunderCats Roar, The Hat in Superman vs. the Elite, Sektor and Shang Tsung in Mortal Kombat 9, Koki Kariya in The World Ends With You, Raizo on One Piece, Janja on The Lion Guard, Shredder in Batman vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Storm Shadow, Tripwire, and Stalker on G.I. Joe: Renegades. He also works as an announcer for televised events.
He was also married to Vanessa Marshall from 2001 - 2007.
