Carnivac is a member of the Mayhem Suppression Squad, and is very enthusiastic and serious about his work. He's friends with Bludgeon, with whom he usually teams up during the squad's missions.

He and Bludgeon took on Optimus Prime together, with Bludgeon hip-shooting Prime and Carnivac chewing on him. [edit]- Going from his description, Carnivac would appear to have his Generation 1 counterpart's robotic wolf altmode, but Dungeons & Dinobots first describes this Carnivac as "a red-and-blue canine mechanoid," then calls him "the golden canine" a few sentences later. This may not be an error if one color scheme refers to a Pretender shell and the other refers to the Transformer inside (or alongside, as the case may be), although the story does not explicitly describe him as a Pretender. Either by coincidence or by design, these colors also describe the G1 Autobot Pretenders Skyhammer and Metalhawk.
