Alec Willows (born May 25, 1952) is a Canadian voice actor. Some of his most notable roles include Oolong on the first English dub of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z, Bao on Black Lagoon, Mushin on InuYasha, Commander Feldspar on War Planets: Shadow Raiders, Falkenar on Conan: The Adventurer, Brass on the 2020 version of Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai and as the Mayor of Townsville on the English dub of Powerpuff Girls Z.
He has the most awesome evil cackle ever.
