Outpost One is a space station from the cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Kirk... if you do this, you'll never sit in the captain's chair again.

Constructed by both humans and their Autobot allies, and manned by the Earth Defense Command, the space platform Outpost One in orbit around Pluto was to serve as a first line of defense for the planet Earth.

Galvatron didn't take too kindly to hearing about it.
