- Bitstream is a Decepticon Seeker from the novels portion of the Aligned continuity family.
This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Bitstream (along with Hotlink) was one of Starscream's go-to, trusted, tech engineers in the early days of the war. His function was "information engineer" and he was also one of Starscream's elite Air Commanders. He had the ability to create "a secure and invisible diagnostic computer space." Well rounded fellow.

Perhaps because of their status as Seekers they survived when Megatron purged the station's crew.
