[edit]

Gorelock's battalion was stationed on Spensifax B when Overlord arrived. Overlord had attacked the emperor of a nearby star system, simply for the challenge of it, but the people were putting up a significant resistance. Gorelock agreed to help, and they had a battle that put the technological development of the empire back an estimated 250,000 years. Afterwards, Overlord simply left.

As a result of helping Overlord, however, Gorelock found himself a prisoner in the Decepticon penal colony Styx awaiting trial and probable execution. He wrote a letter to Megatron begging for clemency. In his defense, Gorelock pointed out that Overlord was never officially released from the Decepticons, so technically Overlord still outranked him and he was only respecting the Decepticon command structure. Gorelock's prisoner clemency request
