[[Cybertron (planet)|Cybertron]] comes under attack by an [[Ejoornian|alien race]]. Coming under The Fallen's influence, [[Megatron (Movie)|Megatron]] uses his control of the [[Defense Force]] to establish a military dictatorship, while [[Optimus Prime (Movie)|Optimus]] discovers he is the lost Prime. Optimus's group goes underground, while Megatron forms the modern [[Decepticon]]s.
