Ōgaki is a human from the Victory cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Doctor Ōgaki (オオガキ) is the head scientist at the New Energy Resource Research and Development Laboratory. He was also a good friend of Doctor Minakaze, the ill-fated father of Jan Minakaze.
