When Primus created life out of the moon Protos, the Covenant, including Capricun, were born. The Covenant were to seclude themselves on Protos and observe the universe till Point Omega arose. They did so for eons, only with one false alarm when the Chronarchitect appeared in 2005 when Optimus Prime died.

The Chronarchitect appeared again again and gave everyone a terrifying vision of the future. By this point, Capricun had taken a vow of silence for 6,000 years, a great personal matter for him, but the vision caused him to collapse and mutter uncontrollably. (Leonicus left him alone so Capricun wouldn't lose face) Vague advice from the Chronarchitect was also dispensed and Capricun attended a zemstvo that gathered the Covenant. Covenant

The Covenant finally called themselves into action when they discovered Cataclysm's mission to safeguard the Dark Essence on prehistoric Earth. The Covenant used their personal transwarp technology to travel there. Paradox The Covenant immediately jumped into battle with Shokaract, who had travelled back to personally ensure the existence of the Dark Essence. The Covenant were able to throw Shokaract off his balance, but the demigod was able to find sure footing and kill several of the Covenant.
