"pterosaur" is the common term for the order Pterosauria, it isn't italicized. According to his page, Graphy is of the genus Pteranodon (that is italicized)

  • The letter "W" is often used in Japanese media in place of the word "double", as the letter "W" (double-u) is pronounced the same as "double" in Japanese (daburu), making them interchangeable with one another. This same word play scheme went on to be used for the Micromaster Combiners during Return of Convoy, which were denoted the "W Teams" (Double Teams).
  • It is unknown if the pairings of Grand Slam/Raindance and Beastbox/Squawktalk are considered W Cassettebots (or W Cassettetrons, in the case of Beastbox and Squawktalk). Those pairings were not sold at normal retail in Japan, only offered as mail-aways.
  • The Hasbro Pulse listing for Vintage G1 Graphy and Noise refers to them as the "Dinocassettes", marking the first official recognition of a long-time English-speaking fandom nickname for the group.
    • Whether this means other dinosaur cassettes such as Overkill or Slugfest are considered Dinocassettes is also unknown.
