Earl Kress (August 22, 1951September 19, 2011) was an American writer. In addition to The Transformers, he also wrote episodes of Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain (both of which netted him a Daytime Emmy), Road Rovers, and Kim Possible. He was also one of the scriptwriters on The Fox and the Hound.
