When the Decepticons were tipped off by Optimus Prime that Ultra Magnus had escaped his prison on Paradron, Treadshot wasted no time in gathering a team to hunt him down. He took Soundwave, Straxus, and Octopunch through a portal to a strange parallel universe where he encountered Magnus and his army. Here Magnus was after this universe's Rarified Energon so that he could open up a hole in space time to bring its Earth to his Cybertron, destroying them both. But when Treadshot appeared, Magnus used his stolen Terminus Blade to stage an escape.

But Ultra Magnus could not hide from Treadshot no matter where he fled. Treadshot, with the help of that universe's heroic Autobots, fought Ultra Magnus across the entirety of their Ironworks headquarters, inflicting heavy damage on all sides. Meanwhile, Treadshot stayed in communication with Sir Soundwave as the latter attempted to halt Magnus's doomsday device. Ultimately, Soundwave was able to expand the forcefield surrounding the contraption to cover the entire planet. He wanted to destroy this Earth, yes, but he'd also set in motion the destruction of its entire universe! As Earth was pulled into orbit over their universe's Cybertron, the Earth's entire dimension was destroyed.

You! You shall be the bride of the Lost Skeleton!

Magnus declared victory and retreated as Treadshot swore profusely at him.
