Delta

It was a dark, blustery afternoon in spring, and the city of London was chasing a small mining town across the dried-out bed of the old North Sea.

Delta is both the capital of Velocitron and its largest city.

Delta was the largest city on Velocitron, built on the interchange between several of the planet's many highways. It hosted the great Speedia race that determined the planet's next leader. In addition to its central straightway, it boasted twelve other racetracks, in addition to a large central hangar for pit crew modifications.

Ransack led Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Jazz, Silverbolt, and Perceptor to Delta, where they met Override and learned of the many resource shortages that plagued Velocitronian culture. However, they had arrived just in time for the Speedia race, which took place in the center of Delta. The generally favorable reception that they received allowed Optimus to land the Ark there. However, when Ransack instigated a war, the Autobots fled at Override's request. Delta would later be used as a temporary base of operations for both the Star Seekers and the Decepticons. Exiles

The capital of Velocitron, and the planet's largest city, Delta, like every city on the planet was constantly mobile. It was built atop of the body of Navitas, the Titan who had colonized Velocitron. Within was a stadium with four racetracks, including the site of the Benefit 500, multiple training sites, and both residential and commercial districts. Race Against the Light

During the Combiner Wars, a series of out of control space bridge portals warped the brawling combiners outside Delta as it drove. Override dispatched Knock Out and Moonracer to investigate, the two finding the footprints of the giants. All That Remains

After Cybertron recontacted Velocitron, Moonracer encouraged Windblade to enter the Benefit 500 and propose an alliance. With her retinue, Windblade space bridged into the path of Delta, Windblade vol. 2 #4 where they entered Blurr in the race, winning thanks to Windblade using her knowledge of Titans to reconfigure the track. When Cybertron lost contact with Velocitron, Windblade sent Cliffjumper and a small team to Delta via space bridge to investigate the communications blackout. They discovered that the city—and the entire planet—had come under siege by Unicron, and were unable to escape before the entire city was sucked into the planet-eater's maw and crushed to bits, Unstopped and Unstoppable with the rest of Velocitron following shortly thereafter.
