- Dreadwing (Voyager, 2012)
- Set ID number: AM-22
- Micron ID number: M-30
- Release date: October 27, 2012
- Energon Crystal: SP Mystic
- Part of the eighth wave of TakaraTomy Prime toys, Jigu transforms from a robotic shark into Dreadwing's blaster cannon (kinda). Jigu is covered in 5mm posts and holes as part of the Arms Micron gimmick, allowing him to combine with other Microns to form bigger and more ridiculous "Combo Weapons" and "Super Combo Weapons".
- As a "Mystic" crystal type, his main combination is with Dago and Magi as the Astro Blaster Super Combo Weapon.
- He was only available packed in with the Voyager Dreadwing toy, coming out of the package as a bunch of unpainted parts on runners, like a model kit. His extra deco is provided by customer-applied foil stickers on a sheet he shares with Dreadwing.
- This mold was also used to make Go.
Notes
[edit]- Jigu's name is a shortening of the Japanese rendition of "shark" (シャーク shāku), with both consonants changed into voiced forms.
- Jigu's ID number was never announced on TakaraTomy's site. Rather, it comes from the tree his parts are on.
