- Vertebreak is a Predacon from the Prime portion of the Aligned continuity family.
The Predacons were never an intelligent lot, but Vertebreak takes his bestial nature to extremes—the dragon barely utters a word and prefers to stay in beast mode. He has also taken to following his creator, Shockwave, around like a rusthound. While Shockwave finds the loyalty somewhat endearing, Vertebreak's incessant attention is making him consider cloning some turbofoxes to distract the simple beast.

His tail detaches to become a whip that is held by his hands via 5 mm post.
