- Noji is a Decepticon Mini-Con from the Prime portion of the Aligned continuity family.
Noji (ノジ) is the Arms Micron partner of... uh... some Vehicon.
There are occasionally lots of him, so it may be that all Vehicons have a Noji.
Fiction

[edit]Noji only appears as an actual character in the Arms Micron Theater segments of the Japanese broadcast of Prime. Technically, he appears in the main cartoon any time... uh... a Vehicon uses his cannon, but we're not going to bother with that and just focus on his individual exploits.

Guru, Noji, Zamu, and Gura had the Micron studio, with Guru taking command over the couch. He got snippy with the other three for repeatedly pointing out that he was only sub-leader, but then a mysterious voice boomed through the room, scaring them all... Phantom Transformation!
