Synopsis
[edit]It's New Year's Day and Tokyo's Shinjuku district is on fire. Daniel, Chromedome, Artfire, Ricochet, Nightstick and Nebulon arrive on the scene and get to work rescuing trapped civilians and trying desperately to quench the blaze.
Just as they get started, though, the Decepticon Targetmasters (Slugslinger, Triggerhappy and Misfire), presumably the culprits behind the inferno, attack from the sky.
Things look bad until Battleship Maximus shows up and dumps thousands of gallons of water onto the fire, extinguishing the blaze.
With their primary concern now out of the way, Ricochet and Artfire "Target On" with Nebulon and Nightstick while Chrome does a "Head On" with his transtector to become Chromedome again. All three Autobots combine their firepower into the "Final Strike! Master Tactic Head-Target Cannon".

Notes

This continuity glitch was partly amended some years later via Ricochet's e-HOBBY bio, explaining how he became a Targetmaster. Artfire's origin has yet to be revealed.
