* As his name is spelled with katakana, it is impossible to know the exact meaning in English (katakana being a straight-up phonetic alphabet), but the best guess is "battle dragon". Second-best guess is "grape dragon". On second thought, switch those around.
* Budora's name is short for "Fighter Dragon" (武闘・ドラ ''budō - dora''), as demonstrated in his function of "Fighter Oni" (武闘鬼 ''Budōki'').

  • Budora (Voyager, 2013)
  • ID number: G08
  • Release date: August 31, 2013
  • Accessories: Grapple launcher, 2 shoulder weapons
Part of the fourth wave of Go! toys, Budora is a redeco and retool of Prime: Beast Hunters Voyager Class Grimwing, with new beast and robot mode heads. He transforms into an ursagryph, and comes with a bird-headed grapple launcher which can launch the claw missile in its mouth via pressure-launch, with the missile being tied to the launcher with a length of string. Both the launcher and his missile can mount/be held by Budora via 5 mm post, with Budora featuring ports on his hands, forearms, and back. Additionally, the U-shaped parts on his shoulders are separate pieces that can be pulled out to be used as weapons held via their 5 mm handles, a feature which is actually called out in the instructions for this version of the mold, unlike other versions.
Budora's instructions show a differently tooled set of wings than what is on the production figure, where the figure in the instructions features more dramatic feather lengths, and transitions between each are more dramatic.
