Notes
[edit]- Johnson's "The Rock" persona was the inspiration for the Mini-Con Smackdown's bio.
- Johnson was once offered the lead role for Age of Extinction, but due to his commitment to Hercules, the role was later taken over by his Pain & Gain co-star Mark Wahlberg.[1]
- The production crew of Transformers: EarthSpark must be fans of Johnson as in the series production bible, Optimus Prime was likened to "The Rock" and a photo of Johnson when he was younger can be seen in Mo Malto's room in "Prime Time".
- Just don't pair him up with John Cena.
