Yūrakuchō Prime (ユウラクチョウプライム Yūrakuchō Puraimu) is the Town Commander assigned to the district of Yūrakuchō.

[edit]- Yūrakuchō Prime is modeled after Revenge of the Fallen Jetfire. On his back is the famous clock from Yūrakuchō's Marion Building, while his sword incorporates the arch-shape of Yūrakuchō Station and an akachochin lantern, which Yūrakuchō's drinking establishments are denoted by.
