The Quantum Laser Rifle stops enemies in their tracks, or at least slows them down a bit. The Out-Time S-tech infuses the weapon's continuous beam with Chronogon, slowing time around the target so they're easier for Overclock to shoot.
- Range: 7/8
- Shield Damage: 1/8
- Spark Damage: 3/8
Tip: When a target has low spark and is trying to escape, use Out-Time to slow them down and increase the chance of their demise.
