*A similar team of green-and-purple construction-vehicle Decepticon combiners appeared in the ''Universe'' line, but the term "Constructicon" was used solely as a prefix to the name of their combined form, "[[Constructicon Devastator (Ultra)|Constructicon Devastator]]" (yes, another one).  In fact, they technically have no team-name at all.  As the Micromasters' packaging bore a prominent "Constructicons" label, they are the only ''Universe'' characters who can be properly identified as such.

In Aurex 1104.30-DB Zeta (a highly Primax-influenced universe), Dr. Brian Jones created several Autobot Micromaster teams via reverse-engineering Maximus combiner technology and applying it to Mini-Con anatomy. The Decepticons stole this technology and created the Constructicons. Thus, the Aerialbots, the Protectobots, and the Railbots fought the Constructicons in the Combiner Wars during the Unicron Singularity crisis. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/07/31

Universe (2003)

[edit]
  • Constructicons (Micromasters, 2004)
A redeco of Sixbuilder in Generation 1 Constructicon-inspired colors. While similar to the Destron Sixbuilder redeco, this version is molded in distinctly different colors with far more purple and black paint applications. When separated into his component robots, the leftover combiner kibble can combine to form a single-pilot jet.
The six component Constructicons were packaged separately, available originally as K•B Toys exclusives, but later appearing in Sears stores during the Christmas season. (K•B partnered with Sears, a chain that usually doesn't have a toy department.) They were also sold on K-Mart's web site. Later they would show up, along with many other Micromasters, in discount chains such as Family Dollar and Dollar General.

Energon

[edit]
  • Constructicon Devastator (Micromasters, 2004)
Devastator was also released under the Energon line in Europe, albeit with modified packaging and instructions to reflect the different line.

Notes

[edit]
  • The individual robots do not have any purple plastic on them at all; it's entirely paint operations. Only the combiner kibble uses purple plastics.
