| The name or term "Chase" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Chase (disambiguation). |
- Chase is an Autobot from the Animated continuity family.

Chase is quite the story-teller. Not old-man stories, oh no. Chase's stories are fantastic tales of wonder and excitement, cleverly crafting subtle themes and well-developed characters into epics that will last the ages...if you asked him, that is. Sure they're good, but Chase is a bit of a braggart. Well, a lot of a braggart, to be honest.
It's not just stories that Chase does well at. His radar can scope out the smallest detail at the furthest distance. He's quite fast, on both feet and wheels, and has outstanding courage. Of course, this just gives him more to brag about.
Chase wears the 65356-9292-346 body-type.

Notes
[edit]
- Chase didn't have a lot of luck as far as his cartoon appearances went: in "Decepticon Air", he went undetected for quite some time because he was in Furão's color scheme, while his cameo in "This Is Why I Hate Machines" was cut off when the show was cropped from widescreen to fullscreen, leaving him visible only in the HD broadcasts of the episodes on The Hub, or on Shout! Factory's DVD release of the series.
- As such, Chase's existence was first properly noticed by anybody when he appeared on a leaked model sheet scale chart; officially, he was introduced in his proper colors by The AllSpark Almanac II.
- Chase is quite obviously based on the Generation 1 Throttlebot of the same name, in form, function and personality.
