- Getaway is an Autobot from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Getaway is an escape artist without compair. He's cool-headed and logical under even the craziest, most dire circumstances and that lets him figure his way out of even the trickiest surprise or sneek attack. His reputation for cool-headed escapes is legendary, dating all the way back to the infamous Armornecking Incident on Cybertron. His Nebulan Powermaster partner is Rev.

Generation 1
Getaway made scattered appearances during the second half of the run of Marvel's G1 comics. He was apparently killed during the Decepticons' assault on Klo.
Dreamwave Comics continuity
Getaway had a prominent supporting role in Dreamwave's regrettably unfinished The War Within: The Age of Wrath.
Toys
