- Battle Masters Soundwave, titled "The Scourge of the Sky", is a non-transforming "Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots"-like toy with arms that punch through the use of levers in his legs. He can also be placed on a controller handle, allowing the punches to be activated with a pair of triggers, but as part of the "Rivals" assortment did not come with one.
