Heave is an Autobot Micromaster from the toyline portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Invisible horsey.

Heave is, at his core, a mild-mannered astronomer, but he has sworn an oath to use his talents to fight the Decepticons. Nevertheless, he's a reluctant fighter at best, and would much rather use his sensors, which can pick up transmissions from a parsec away, to examine the mysteries of the universe, rather than get literally dragged into battle by his brash combiner partner, Barrage. Heave may be tough, and like the rest of his teammates has cyclonic steel armor capable of protecting him from most energy blasts, but that doesn't change the fact that when his partner drags him into battle, Heave is rarely actually prepared. Not that his fellow teammates on the Astro Squad are very sympathetic to the shy 'bot's plight whenever this happens. Most times, they'll just laugh. The jerks.[1]

And, his name is really unfortunate.

Toys

Heave can combine with the contents of your stomach to form a new barf mode.
  • Astro Squad (Micromaster Combiner Squad, 1990)
Heave transforms into a gray radar trailer that is intended to be the rear half of a lunar exploration vehicle that he forms with his combiner partner Barrage. As a Micromaster Combiner, he can of course combine with any other Micromaster Combiner or Micromaster Combiner Transport to form new vehicles. He was only available in a six-pack with his fellow Astro Squad members Barrage, Blast Master, Missile Master, Moonrock, and Phaser.
