Long after the population had been converted into cyborg chassis called Gobots to protect their organic brains, and after the original conflict and organic origins of Gobotron had passed into myth, the Guardian Leader-1 would try to seek out the Last Engineer in order to save the life of his friend Turbo, and fight the re-awakened Renegades led by Cy-Kill.
