Ulchtar is a Decepticon from the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

Ulchtar has ambitions!

Fiction

The Energon Within

Megatron ordered Ulchtar (or possibly Starscream) to secure 100 energon cubes from an Autobot mine. He did so successfully, though many Decepticon troops were destroyed in the process. And he got a verbal drubbing from Megatron anyway. The Energon Within

There is nothing in the game itself to indicate that the character who looks like Starscream is anything other than Starscream. Ask Vector Prime, however, describes Ulchtar as a "Starscream analog", and Spacewarp's Log further gives Ulchtar a history identical to Starscream's.

The AllSpark Almanac

The Ulchtar of Aurex 603.0 Kappa broke into Primax 388.0 Gamma Zone's Satellite Penitentiary. There, he retrieved the personality components of renegade Autobots Screechwing, Spiketail, Nightprowler, Albitron, and Leatherhide, forming the Combatibots who could combine into Toxitron. The AllSpark Almanac II

Spacewarp's Log

Spacewarp claimed to know Ulchtar. According to her, Ulchtar was Megatron's right hand 'bot. He defected to the Autobots for a time, returned to the Decepticons, died while attacking "El Giant Planeto", was resurrected by Alpha Q without memories, died again, was resurrected again, betrayed Megatron once again, turned into a giant, and then vanished into a giant energy rift. Hmmm... Spacewarp's Log

Notes

  • "Ulchtar" was a preliminary name for Generation 1 Starscream and the character himself is based on Unicron Trilogy Starscream.
  • Ulchtar's exploit in The AllSpark Almanac is a reference to the Generation 1 cartoon episode "Starscream's Brigade", in which Starscream travels to Cybertron to retrieve the personality components of the 'bots who would become the Combaticons.
  • The art on the right is from Bill Forster's Deviant Art page, but as it pertains to this wiki it amounts to little more than fan art as Ulchtar has not appeared visually in any official fiction. But I'm sure it'll be made official in like twenty minutes after someone goes and asks Spacewarp or whoever what he looks like because that's just how the damn wiki is now, forever.
