Michael Bay (February 17, 1965 -) is an American film director and producer. He is the director of Dreamworks' Transformers live-action movie.
He is better known as the director of several highly sucessful blockbuster motion pictures, such as Bad Boys, The Rock, and Armageddon.
Whether or not the Transformers fan base will allow him to live has yet to be seen. (Better hope those DVD sales are high, Mike. And don't skimp on the bonus material.)
