- Stripes is an Autobot Mini-Cassette from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Stripes is little more than animal. A nitrotiger native to Cybertron, Stripes was taken in, trained, and given the ability to transform. As part of his "evolution", he was outfitted with a battle harness that contains AI; this AI carries out offensive and defensive maneuvers, whether Stripes desires it or not.

Recordicons

Stripes was with Blaster when they met up with negative polarity Ravage. He pointed out to the newcomer that not all of Blaster's minions turned into tapes—some of them turned into memory sticks and bombs. Recordicons #12

Realities where Stripes, Stinger, Bolts, and Cubbie were among Blaster's cassettes often included Anibots as well. Beachcomber thought it cruel to keep them in a roboto-zoo but Vector Prime saw little alternative. Ask Vector Prime
Toys
Encore

- Twincast (2012)
- ID number: 22
- Accessories: Left & right cannons, cassette case
- Transformers Encore "Cybertron Stripes" is an orange, silver, and black tiger-based redeco of Ravage, included with Encore Twincast and Nightstalker. He gets Steeljaw's weapons in gold chrome (rather than the orange color featured in promotional photos). As was the case with most of the other cassettes packed with Twincast's other releases, Stripes sports a different sticker in place of his cassette spool image; an image of Scorponok which reveals the city-bot's weak spots when viewed through Twincast's clear-red chest door (in the same way Tech Spec decoders work).
Generations

- Stripe (Legends Class, 2016)
- Stripe is part of the Titans Return Legends Class toys. He transforms from tiger (sporting an oddly draconic head) to shuttle to data slug to flying data slug. He has wiiiiiings.
He might be redecoed as Ravage, but we're not sure yet.
Notes

- Stripes originated in an early draft for The Transformers: The Movie, where he was released out of Blaster's chest to combat the Decepticon Mini-Cassettes during the Battle of Autobot City. Stripes would have snapped at Ratbat, scaring him. In the finished movie, Ramhorn replaced Stripes in battling Ratbat. Since he was written out of his only intended appearance before publication, we're pretty sure that makes him the single most obscure established character to ever be given a toy—and that's saying something when he's coming out alongside a one-shot prose-only UK character and a decapitated radio. At least until Solarbot came around.
- His function is "Battle Beast."
