The Devil Thunder amplifier is a Decepticon building at the South Pole, made to amplify Devil Z's Devil Thunder to kill all of humanity in one fell swoop.

Devil Z, in BlackZarak's body, was finished showcasing the power of Devil Thunder by itself in Europe when he began to depart the Matterhorn for Antarctica.
