- Tele-Vipers are human members of Cobra from the G.I. Joe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Tele-Vipers are soldiers in the Cobra ground force. They specialize in communication; both disrupting it in Cobra's enemies, and maintaining it within their own ranks.

Tele-Vipers were among the Cobra troops at the Silent Castle. When Scarlett and Doctor Biggles-Jones went into the castle's secret passageways in pursuit of Destro and the Baroness, two Tele-Vipers followed. The two mooks triggered a booby trap left by Destro and violently died in the resulting explosion.
