Blocker has seen all there is to be seen from behind a vehicle's steering apparatus. He's test-driven everything with wheels in G.I. Joe's inventory, and even a few prototypes that have never made it out to the field! And you know what? He's was great at it too! Too bad that nowadays, he and the other old-timers in Battleforce 2000 have been all-but decommissioned...
