Blocker is a human from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Blocker has seen all there is to be seen from behind a vehicle's steering apparatus. He's test-driven everything with wheels in G.I. Joe's inventory, and even a few prototypes that have never made it out to the field! And you know what? He's great at it too! Too bad that nowadays, he and the other old-timers in Battleforce 2000 have been all-but decommissioned...

When Optimus Prime, the Serpentress, and her Decepticon stooges all wound up in a brawl near the United Nations building, Blocker and the rest of Battleforce 2000 were called in to help with the situation. He ran over a whole bunch of Cobra troops with his tank while absolute pandemonium erupted on the battlefield. He seemed rather unfazed by the giant alien robots, ancient gods and man-eating alligators; instead he was focused on showing the younger soldiers "how it's done" when dealing with terrorists.
