Men in Black, who had previously produced the Onyx Primal exclusive wanted to produce a two-pack featuring Albitron and Swoop, repaints of the original Beast Wars Megatron and Terrorsaur respectively.

However, MiB solicited the toys before they had gotten approval for them from Hasbro, which irritated Hasbro enough to scuttle their plans. Only one (hand-painted) mock-up of the Albitron toy is known to exist.
