Comparison between Hasbro stock photos of Generations: Thrilling 30 Deluxe Class Trailcutter in three different types of packaging, two of them of the multilingual variety:
- Left: English only including a comic book, available in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
- Center: English/French/Spanish, available in Canada and Latin America. All figures from the first and second wave featured Orion Pax's package art in the form of a sticker (not depicted), whereas toys from subsequent waves featured their own package artwork printed directly on the cardback.
- Right: English/French/German/Spanish/Portuguese/Italian/Dutch/Swedish/Danish/Greek/Polish/Turkish/Russian, available in Europe. The lack of a comic book allowed for a more "compact" packaging format.

Because such photos are created specifically to promote toys, products or events, TFWiki.net asserts that an implicit public license exists for them. TFWiki.net further asserts that because such photos can be reasonably assumed to represent that product in the best possible light, TFWiki.net's general preference for using such images to illustrate those products constitutes an act of good faith.
Regardless the above, TFWiki.net's use of promotional images to document and illustrate a product or character on TFWiki.net would always fall under the fair use provision of United States copyright law. See Copyrights.
