Animorphs

- Taxxon/Alien (Deluxe)
- One of the last Animorphs toys, the Taxxon transforms from an alien centipede-thing into a bipedal alien. The figure is quite large and hefty for a deluxe scale toy. Most of its heft comes from its gear driven "crawling legs" gimmick similar to Robots in Disguise Megatron Megabolt or Generation 1 Scorponok. Its head has a button activated spring-loaded lunge attack.
- Unlike all the other toys in the series, the "alien" morph bears no resemblance to any alien species alluded to in the books or television show.
- Although it was planned, this toy was never released in the United States. Because its planned release would have been near the end of the line, this led to a popular perception that it was never released at all.
Notes

- The bipedal alien species that the Taxxon gain the ability to morph into are never given a proper designation. While all other alien species portrayed in this franchise were given a specific name, this species are simply referred to with the generic term of "alien".
