- Cobratron is a combiner from the Generation 1 continuity family.
While hordes and hordes of B.A.T.s and S.N.A.K.E.s ought to be enough to work out a winning strategy, Cobra took it a step further and adjusted their designs to make them capable of combining into the colossal Cobratron.

G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers
Cobra Commander led an assault on Area 52, but was neatly kept at bay by three of the Joes in their battle mechs. He gave Zartan his cue to order the B.A.T.s and S.N.A.K.E.s to form Cobratron. Things didn't look well for the Joes, but then Grimlock came in and slashed through Cobratron's leg, showing the combiner was not much more than impressive looking. A bunch of the extra units joined in to replace Cobratron's former leg, just in time for Arcee to shoot it in the face. It can be assumed the Autobots and Joes had it taken out permanently shortly thereafter. The Art of War #1
