Bernie Mac'll make you jump, jump!

Bernie Mac (born Bernard Jeffrey McCullough, October 5, 1957August 9, 2008) was an American actor and comedian of whom you may have heard. He starred in a Fox sitcom with the surprising title of The Bernie Mac Show. He was one of the stars of The Original Kings of Comedy, and appeared in many other movies, including House Party 3, Mr. 3000, Madagascar 2, Ocean's Eleven, Twelve and Thirteen and even several without numbers in their titles. A sufferer of lung disease sarcoidosis, Mac died of complications arising from pneumonia in August 2008 in his hometown of Chicago. In 2017, Rolling Stone named Bernie Mac #41 of the 50 Best Stand-Up Comics of All Time.
