Tobias is an Animorph without the "morph" part: he turned into a hawk and got stuck that way. Brilliant.
Tobias's only known animal form is, naturally, a hawk.

- Part of the first wave of Animorphs toys, Tobias transforms from a human with bird feet hanging from his arms into a hawk, as well as a transitional third mode combining features from both. He has no accessories.
- Tobias/Hawk (Mega, 1999)
- Tobias's second retail toy transforms from a human with suspiciously scaly limbs into--you guessed it--a hawk, as well as a transitional third mode combining features from both. He still has no accessories.
