The Torment is a starship from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Torment is a Decepticon battlecruiser commanded by Bludgeon and crewed by the Monstructor Six.

Fiction

2005 IDW continuity

Bludgeon used the Torment to chase after Hot Rod's little ship, eventually shooting it down on some unspecified planetoid. When Kup's elite strike force came to Hot Rod's rescue, the Decepticons boarded the Torment and seemingly made a run for it. Lost & Found However, their retreat was merely to lure Kup's ship, the Trion, into a trap. The Torment quantum jumped into the vicinity of Cybertron, where several other Decepticon cruisers were waiting to blow the Trion out of the sky. All Hail Megatron #5
