Reachout is an Autobot from the Animated continuity family.

Reachout^[1] keeps baddies in their place.

Reachout was one of several (tiny) guards inside Trypticon Prison who made sure that Decepticon prisoners stayed put. The Stunti-Con Job

According to Derrick J. Wyatt, characters based on the Armada Mini-Cons were originally planned to be prison guards in season 4 of Animated cartoon, so yay for the chance to get that little notion out there!
Reachout is based on Armada Longarm. However, another character had already taken that name, so instead he is named after a guy who shared a mold with another Longarm.
