[edit]Bhul was officially a neutral planet outside of the Autobot Commonwealth, though at least some of its inhabitants were hostile to Transformers. These self-proclaimed "freedom fighters" shot down an Autobot science expedition vessel above their planet, then captured and tortured Bumper, one of the crew members.
