Timothy James Curry (born April 19, 1946) is a British actor and singer, best known for his film roles in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Clue, Home Alone 2, It, and Congo. In the realm of theatre, he originated the roles of Dr. Frank N. Furter in The Rocky Horror Show and King Arthur in the earlier runs of Spamalot.

He has also appeared on innumerable cartoons playing invariably sinister British guys, such as taking over the role of Emperor Palpatine in The Clone Wars, and the decidedly non-sinister yet still British naturalist Nigel Thornberry on The Wild Thornberrys.
