- Waver is an Autobot from the Victory portion of Generation 1 continuity family.
Waver is typically the lower half of the Multiforce combiner Wingwaver and the thighs of giant Landcross. The strong, silent type, Waver seems to have no problems with sitting around the oddest places in his hydrofoil mode during firefights. He also seems to have no problem perpetually being the legs to Wing's torso. For all he says, Waver might be mute, but he certainly manages to make his presence known when supporting his teammates in their combined forms.
