Conductors are glowing rod-shaped power sources used by Transformers.
Fiction
The Transformers cartoon
Wheeljack and Bumblebee stole four conductors from the Decepticons. Wheeljack believed that they wouldn't last a quartrex, but nonetheless, energy was desperately short on Cybertron, so all bits counted. The pair carried the conductors back to Iacon with all haste, managing to avoid getting offlined by the Decepticon Seekers on the way. More than Meets the Eye, Part 1
