I believe we actually can use them under fair use, though we prefer Hasbro stock photos when we can (unless they're too ineptly posed or transformed). Half of the toy photos on here come from the always thorough Seibertron galleries. :I was afraid that it had been done a lot. To use the picture with the watermark seems kind of... rude, though. It just feels icky to so blatently steal images, when we DON'T steal text.
