Not a cowboy. Or a scoundrel.

Francis Lax (born in Paris, France on April 16, 1930) is a French voice actor. He gave his voice for an impressive list of characters and actors, including Tom Selleck in Magnum, P.I., Harrison Ford in the Star Wars trilogy and Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Jon Voight (but not in the movie), Scooter in GoBots and that hippie in Scooby-Doo. Bumblebee kinda sounded like him, actually.

Similarly, his interpretation of Optimus Prime may sound like "Howling Mad" Murdock imitating Peter Cullen.
