A group of mercenaries led by faulty clone Soundblaster frequently received Energon from Bumblebee. However, during one of these transactions, the bot, accompanied by Autobots Arcee and Cog Siege episode 5, made off with a few pieces of the much-desired material in an effort to bring the Ark online, despite the mercenaries' attempts to stop them.
